Wow where does the time go? I can't believe we are already well into December. I have to see that our Christmas shopping is close to almost done, and I can't say that I am excited about that. We have one tree up and the children keep asking when the other one is going up,( it is their tree, that they decorate, with their ornaments)and I honestly can't say that I am excited about doing another tree, but it is something that they are excited about so I guess that means I need to do it for them if nothing else.

Well we had another exciting happening in the family. Alexander has finally made his debut at the InstaCare. We had a piece of glass under the living room sofa and Alex slipped his foot under and sliced his little toe open--he had 5 stitches. That was exciting.

Jason and I will celebrate our 10 years of marriage this next weekend on the 19th. We did have family pictures taken so as soon as I can figure things out I will post some of those. But other than that we really are all doing great and looking forward to Christmas. We wish all of you a Merry Christmas and hope that all is well during the Holiday season.

The Baby Is...

So I have finally made it to the famous 20th week of my pregnancy which brings the fun ultrasound. So yes, we did have our ultrasound this last week and the sex of our child is....another boy. Yes, I think we were all hoping for a girl especially Jason, Brinley and myself but at least all is going well. We can't ask for anything more than that.

It is also UEA weekend so I decided to take the children to Gardner Village to do the Witch Hunt they do the whole month of October. But since the whole state had the weekend off there was a million people and no where to park, so we ended up getting pumpkins and lunch and calling it good. And from there we decided to skip anything with a crowd of people.

Today is Brinley's brithday and I took her shopping for clothes on Saturday, that was a lot of fun. And today she is off spending the day with her friends and we are having a family birthday party tonight with cake and ice cream, since she is worried she isn't seeing her extended family enough. Tomorrow brings going back to school, and the progression of fall--We all love fall.

So yesterday, we had another exciting day with our lovely son William. He and Bryson escaped my view while outside playing and ran over to the neighbors house. I had just finished a phone call when I heard William crying and then it stopped so I didn't think anything of it. A few minutes later I heard the crying again closer to the house, so I went outside to check it out. There was William with blood running down his face.

I don't know the whole or the truth of the story because I am getting the account from my 5 year old son Bryson. I was told that they were running and William tripped in the neighbors bushes and fell into the corner of the house. There on the temple of his head was a triangle shaped opening.

I took him to the doctors and he now has a single staple in his head for the second time in about a year. My son was so brave. As the doctor was numbing his head he didn't even cry once. All we got out of him was, "That hurts!" The doctor then put the staple in and off William running exclaiming, "Now I am all better!" I just don't know what we are going to do with this accident prone child of mine.

So good morning to all of you faithful ones who are checking my blog--I am working on it, slowly. I do have a great story to tell about my wonderful twins, who are at Pre-school this morning, THANK GOODNESS. Last Friday( I believe) I left the twins in the kitchen and went to sit down and watch the cartoons they wanted to watch. Anyway, all of a sudden I can smell peanut butter. I go out to the kitchen to find them completely covered with peanut butter. Head to toe--in the hair, ears, and other parts. Needless to say the camera was not working that day, but as I like to say it was the "Blue Man Group" in my kitchen only it was brown and not blue. To make things better, being pregnant peanut butter is not one of my favorite things right now. So there you have it and made an entry again without a picture. Sorry :(

So today is my birthday...Happy Birthday to me. It has been a somewhat happy day. It was full of running to children all over to their things and then I finally get to relax. Brinley had swimming lessons at 11:30-12:00 and we played at the park. After that I took my boys to my mom's so that I could go to lunch with Jason, my husband, because that is what works best with the pregnancy. After I dropped them off at Grandma's I took Brinley to her best friend Drew's for the afternoon. I enjoyed lunch with my husband at JCW's, the went to Hillcrest to see about transfering my son, Kyler, over there to join his siblings at the same school, and then I went back to my mom's for a good part of the afternoon. Hopefully, tonight I will get some R&R when Jason takes the kids birthday shopping. Maybe, I will be asleep before they get back-wishful thinking.

Exciting News

So...sorry I am a little slow on keeping up on things. I have been a little preoccupied. Has you can see we have some news to share with all of you that check our blog. Yes, we are expecting our last and final addition to our family. The children are very excited, we the parents are...well we have forgotten once again the joys of pregnancy. I am in the mist of "morning sickness" and I am NOT enjoying it to say the least. The things we do to have these spirits in our homes. The baby is due on March 8, 2009. There is only one, which is a huge relief for Jason and I. I did the twin thing once. I would have done it again, but I am really glad it is just one.

Just Like Uncle Ezra

So two weeks ago we were at my Mom's for Father's Day and the boys keep saying how they wanted their hair cut just like Uncle Ezra. Well....finally, we gave in to the boys, and this is the result.

I guess it could have been worse. Alex, one of the twins, was so tired that when he was done, he felt his head, realized what he had done and fell to the ground in tears. Jason picked him up and held him within minutes he was asleep. Bryson, our one son who choose not to shave his head did so because as he put it, "It won't grow back." This comes because we tease Daddy about shaving his head and his response is, "Mine won't grow back. Thank you Ezra for at least having a "good" influence on the boys.

This is the start of something good.

Hello my dear family members out there all over everywhere. This is our first attempt at this blogging things so hopefully with time it will improve. This was the wish of my daughter Brinley at seeing her Aunt Lorrain's blog so.... thanks a lot Lorrain. I will hopefully learn how to put pictures in and what not when my husband as a moment to teach me (or anyone else that knows how, for that matter). I hope that you are having a wonderful day and I guess I will keep you posted on the happenings of our busy lives.
